The ES3C is a fast recovery rectifier diode designed for general purpose rectification applications. It offers a maximum DC reverse voltage of 150V and an average rectified forward current of 3A. The forward voltage drop is typically 950 mV at 3A, and the reverse recovery time is 35 ns, enabling efficient switching in moderate frequency circuits. The device also features a junction capacitance of 45 pF at 4V and 1 MHz, supporting signal integrity in rectifier and snubber applications.
