The ES2J-LTP is a 600V, 2A super fast recovery rectifier diode manufactured by Micro Commercial Company. It features a maximum reverse recovery time of 35ns and a forward voltage drop of 1.7V at 2A, making it suitable for high-efficiency switching applications. The device is rated for a non-repetitive peak surge current of 50A (8.3ms) and 100A (1ms), with an I²t rating of 10.375 A²s.
Packaged in a standard DO-214AC (SMA) surface mount package with J-bend leads, the ES2J-LTP is designed for automated assembly. It supports an operating junction temperature range of -65°C to 175°C and has a thermal resistance of 20°C/W junction-to-lead when mounted on a PCB with an 8mm×8mm copper pad.
This diode is compliant with RoHS, Halogen Free (Green), and has a moisture sensitivity level of 1 (unlimited). It is ideal for use in power supply rectification, freewheeling diodes, and other high-frequency switching circuits where fast recovery is required.
