The ES2F-E3/52T is a general purpose fast recovery rectifier diode designed for high efficiency power conversion applications. It features a maximum repetitive reverse voltage of 300V and an average forward current rating of 2A. The device offers a fast reverse recovery time of 50ns, making it suitable for high frequency switching circuits.
With a low forward voltage drop of 1.1V at 2A, the ES2F-E3/52T minimizes conduction losses. It is housed in a compact DO-214AA (SMB) surface-mount package, enabling automated assembly and space-saving PCB layouts. The operating junction temperature range is -50°C to 150°C.
This diode is commonly used in freewheeling, snubber, and polarity protection circuits in power supplies, inverters, and motor drives. Its fast recovery characteristic reduces switching losses and electromagnetic interference.
