The ES2C is a fast recovery rectifier diode designed for surface mount applications. It features a maximum repetitive reverse voltage (VRRM) of 150V and an average rectified forward current (IF(AV)) of 2.0A. The device offers a fast reverse recovery time (trr) of 20 ns, making it suitable for high-efficiency switching circuits.
Electrical characteristics include a maximum forward voltage of 0.90V at 2.0A and a maximum reverse current of 10 µA at 25°C and 350 µA at 100°C.
