The ES2BA-13-F is a 100V, 2A surface mount fast recovery rectifier diode from Diodes Incorporated. It is part of the ES2xA series designed for high efficiency and automated assembly.
With a typical forward voltage of 920 mV at 2 A, reverse recovery time of 25 ns, and surge current rating of 50 A, it offers low power loss and fast switching. The reverse leakage current is 5 µA at 25°C and 350 µA at 125°C.
Housed in a DO-214AC (SMA) surface mount package with matte tin lead-free finish and cathode band polarity. It is RoHS3 compliant, REACH unaffected, and MSL Level 1. The green molding compound is halogen and antimony free.
Suitable for power supply rectification, freewheeling diodes, and polarity protection in various electronic equipment. The fast recovery time makes it ideal for high-frequency switching applications.
