The ES1PDHM3/84A is a surface mount fast recovery rectifier diode from Vishay Dale. It is designed for general purpose rectification applications requiring fast switching and low forward voltage drop.
This diode features a maximum reverse voltage of 200V and an average rectified current rating of 1A. The forward voltage is 920mV at a forward current of 1A, ensuring efficient low-loss operation. With a reverse recovery time of just 25ns, this diode is well-suited for high-frequency switching circuits.
The device employs standard rectifier technology and offers a junction capacitance of 10pF at 4V and 1MHz. It operates over a wide temperature range from -55°C to 150°C, making it suitable for demanding environments.
