The ES1ME-TP is a surface mount fast recovery rectifier diode from Micro Commercial Components. It is designed for general-purpose and power rectification applications requiring fast switching. The device belongs to the ES1 series of silicon rectifiers.
The rectifier is rated for a maximum recurrent peak reverse voltage of 1000V and a maximum RMS voltage of 700V, with a maximum DC blocking voltage of 1000V. It can conduct an average forward current of 1A at a case temperature of 75°C, and can handle a peak forward surge current of 30A (8.3ms half sine). The maximum forward voltage is 1.7V at 1A.
