The ES1JFL is a surface mount ultrafast rectifier diode designed by On Semiconductor. It offers a repetitive peak reverse voltage of 600V and an average forward current of 1A, making it suitable for high-voltage rectification in compact designs.
With a maximum reverse recovery time of 35 ns (typical 22.55 ns), the ES1JFL enables high-frequency operation with reduced switching losses. The forward voltage drop is typically 1.7V at 1A, ensuring efficient power conversion.
The diode features a glass passivated junction for reliability and is housed in a low-profile SOD-123F package with a maximum height of 1.08 mm. It is designed for surface mount assembly and is available in tape and reel packaging with 3000 units per reel.
The ES1JFL is RoHS3 compliant, Pb-Free, Halogen Free, and has MSL 1 moisture sensitivity level. It is suitable for use in power supplies, adapters, and other applications requiring fast switching rectification.
