The ES1JAF is a surface mount ultrafast rectifier diode from On Semiconductor, designed for high-speed switching applications. It is rated for a maximum repetitive reverse voltage of 600V and an average forward current of 1A. The device features a fast reverse recovery time of 34ns (maximum) under test conditions, making it suitable for high-frequency rectification and freewheeling circuits.
The forward voltage is typically 1.7V at 1A, and the peak forward surge current handling is 30A for an 8.3ms single half-sine wave. The junction capacitance is typically 15pF at 4V and 1MHz.
