The ES1F is a standard fast recovery rectifier diode manufactured by onsemi (formerly ON Semiconductor). It is rated for a maximum DC reverse voltage of 300V and an average rectified forward current of 1A. The forward voltage drop is a maximum of 1.3V at 1A forward current.
This diode features a fast reverse recovery time of 35 ns, making it suitable for high-frequency switching applications. The junction capacitance is 10 pF at 4V reverse bias, 1 MHz. The maximum operating junction temperature is 150°C.
