The ES1D-E3/61T is a surface-mount ultrafast plastic rectifier diode designed for high-efficiency applications. It is rated for a repetitive peak reverse voltage of 200V and an average forward current of 1A. The diode features a fast reverse recovery time of typically 15ns (test condition: IF=0.5A, IR=1A, Irr=0.25A) and a maximum forward voltage of 0.92V at 1A. Its low forward voltage and ultrafast switching characteristics make it suitable for use in high-frequency rectification, freewheeling, and switching mode converters. The device is packaged in a DO-214AC (SMA) case with matte tin plated terminals and meets UL 94 V-0 flammability rating.
