The ES1D-13 is a surface mount super-fast rectifier diode from Diodes Incorporated.
It is rated for a maximum average rectified current of 1 A and a peak repetitive reverse voltage of 200 V. The forward voltage is 1.25 V maximum at 1 A forward current.
The device features a glass passivated die construction for enhanced reliability and a super-fast recovery time for high efficiency applications. It is housed in an SMA (DO-214AC) package suitable for automated assembly.
The component is RoHS compliant and halogen and antimony free. Case material is molded plastic with UL flammability rating 94V-0 and moisture sensitivity level 1 per J-STD-020.
