The ES1C-13-F is a 1.0A surface mount super-fast rectifier from Diodes Incorporated, part of the ES1A-ES1G series. It features a glass passivated die construction for high reliability and is designed for high efficiency rectification. Key electrical specifications include a maximum average rectified current of 1A at +110°C (single phase, half wave, 60Hz, resistive or inductive load), a peak repetitive reverse voltage of 150V, and a maximum forward voltage drop of 0.92V at 1A forward current. The reverse recovery time is a maximum of 25ns, enabling high-frequency operation. The device can handle a non-repetitive peak forward surge current of 30A for 8.3ms. Reverse leakage current is a maximum of 5µA at 25°C and 200µA at 125°C at rated DC blocking voltage. Typical total capacitance is 10pF at 4V reverse bias and 1MHz. The ES1C-13-F operates over a temperature range of -55°C to 150°C and has a typical thermal resistance junction-to-terminal of 25°C/W when mounted on a PCB.
