The ES1A-LTP is a super fast recovery rectifier designed for high efficiency rectification. It is rated for a repetitive peak reverse voltage of 50V and an average rectified current of 1A. The device features a maximum forward voltage of 950mV at 1A and a fast reverse recovery time of 35ns, making it suitable for high frequency switching applications. It can handle a non-repetitive peak forward surge current of 30A.
This rectifier is housed in a standard DO-214AC (SMA) surface mount package, offering compact design for space-constrained boards. The operating junction temperature range is -65°C to 175°C, with a maximum thermal resistance of 35°C/W junction-to-lead and 85°C/W junction-to-ambient. Typical junction capacitance is 18pF at 4V and 1MHz.
The ES1A-LTP is RoHS3 compliant, halogen free, and meets UL 94 V-0 flammability rating. It is commonly used in freewheeling diodes, snubber circuits, and reverse polarity protection.
