The ES1A is a 1.0A ultra fast recovery rectifier designed for surface mount applications. It features a glass passivated junction and a low profile DO-214AC SMA package for easy pick and place assembly. The device offers a maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage of 50V and an average rectified forward current of 1.0A at 120°C ambient.
Key electrical characteristics include a forward voltage of 920mV at 1A, a reverse recovery time of 15ns, and a non-repetitive peak forward surge current rating of 30A (8.3ms half-sine-wave). The device is rated for an operating junction temperature range of -50°C to +150°C and has a maximum power dissipation of 1.47W.
The ES1A is supplied in tape and reel packaging with a standard quantity of 7500 units per reel. It is Pb-Free and RoHS compliant, suitable for general purpose rectification and high efficiency power conversion applications.
The maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage (VRRM) is 50V.
The maximum average rectified forward current is 1.0A at an ambient temperature of 120°C.
