The C&K Components ES02MCBE is a sealed tiny slide switch from the ES Series, suitable for various applications requiring reliable switching. This SPST (Single Pole Single Throw) switch is designed for through-hole mounting and features PC pin termination.
Key electrical specifications include a contact rating of 0.4 VA maximum at 20V AC or DC, with a contact resistance of 50 mΩ maximum initial. The switch is built for durability, offering 40,000 make-and-break cycles at full load. It operates within a temperature range of -30°C to 85°C.
The construction features a Nylon housing and base, an LCP actuator, and bronze movable contacts with gold plating over nickel. Stationary contacts are copper alloy with gold plating over nickel. The terminals are also copper alloy with gold over nickel plating, and all terminals are insert molded. The base and terminal seal are made of epoxy, contributing to its IP57 degree of protection.
This switch is RoHS3 compliant and suitable for applications in computer peripherals, test and measurement equipment, and general telecom industries.
