The Samtec ERM8-030-05.0-S-DV-L-K-TR is a high-speed, rugged connector from the Edge Rate® series. It is a 60-position header with center strip contacts arranged in 2 rows at a 0.80mm pitch. The connector is designed for surface mount soldering and features a black LCP insulator with phosphor bronze or beryllium copper terminals plated with 30µ" gold on the contact area and matte tin on the tail. The operating temperature range is -55°C to +125°C. It is rated for 1.4A per contact and 225 VAC / 318 VDC. The connector offers up to 1.5mm contact wipe for reliable connections. It includes a board guide, latches, and a pick and place pad for automated assembly. The mated stacking heights are 10mm, 12mm, or 15mm. The part is lead-free solderable and RoHS3 compliant. Typical applications include mezzanine board-to-board connections in high-speed digital systems, telecommunications, and industrial electronics where reliability and signal integrity are critical.
