The Samtec ERM5-075-05.0-L-DV-K-TR is a 150-position, 2-row header from the Edge Rate series, designed for high-speed, high-cycle board-to-board and mezzanine applications. It features a 0.50mm pitch for space savings, and the Edge Rate contact system provides up to 1.5mm contact wipe for reliable connections. The header is rated for 1.5A maximum current and 190 VAC / 269 VDC voltage, with an operating temperature range of -55°C to +125°C. The insulator is black LCP, and the terminals are phosphor bronze or beryllium copper with 10µin (0.25µm) gold plating on the contact area. The part supports mated stacking heights of 10mm and 12mm. It is lead-free solderable and supplied in tape and reel packaging for automated pick-and-place assembly. Board guide and pick-and-place pads are included for ease of manufacturing.
