The Samtec ERM5-050-02.0-L-DV-P-TR is a high-speed, rugged mezzanine connector header from the Edge Rate® series. It features 100 positions arranged in 2 rows at 0.5mm pitch, designed for surface mount assembly.
Rated for 1.5A per contact and 190VAC/269VDC, this connector operates over -55°C to +125°C. Contacts are gold plated (10µin) over nickel, with insulator material of black LCP. It includes board guide and pick-and-place features for automated assembly.
The Edge Rate® contact system provides up to 1.5mm contact wipe for reliable connections in high-cycle applications. This connector is suitable for board-to-board stacking with mated heights of 7mm or 9mm.
Supplied in Tape & Reel packaging for automated placement. It is lead-free solderable and RoHS compliant.
