The Mini-Circuits ERA-50SM+ is a monolithic microwave integrated circuit (MMIC) surface mount RF amplifier designed for wideband applications. It operates across a frequency range of DC to 2 GHz, providing a typical gain of 19dB and an output power at 1dB compression (P1dB) of 17.6dBm. This amplifier is internally matched to 50 ohms and is unconditionally stable. It features a low noise figure of 3.4dB and operates with a typical supply voltage of 4.4V and a current draw of 60mA. The ERA-50SM+ is housed in a 4-SMD, Gull Wing package, suitable for surface mounting. Its InGaP HBT technology ensures repeatable performance and it is protected by US Patent 6,943,629.
