The PANJIT ER2J_R1_00001 is a 600V, 2A surface mount fast recovery rectifier designed for general purpose applications. This diode is built with a glass passivated junction for high temperature stability and features a reverse recovery time (trr) of 35 ns, enabling efficient switching in power supplies and other rectification circuits.
With a maximum average forward current of 2 A and a peak forward surge current rating of 50 A, the ER2J provides robust performance for inrush current conditions. The maximum forward voltage at 2 A is 1.7 V, and the junction capacitance is typically 25 pF at 4V and 1 MHz. The device accommodates an operating junction temperature range of -55°C to +150°C.
The ER2J is housed in a DO-214AA (SMB) molded plastic case with solder-plated terminals compliant to MIL-STD-750. It is supplied on 16mm tape per EIA-481 for automated pick-and-place assembly. This part is lead-free, RoHS3 compliant, halogen-free per IEC 61249, and the plastic package meets UL 94V-0 flammability classification.
