The Diotec Semiconductor ER2J is a superfast recovery surface mount rectifier diode designed for high-frequency rectification and high-speed switching applications. It offers a maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage of 600V and an average rectified forward current of 2A at a case temperature of 100°C.
Key electrical characteristics include a maximum forward voltage of 1.7V at 2A, a reverse recovery time of 75ns, and a maximum junction capacitance of 15pF. The device can handle peak forward surge currents up to 50A (10ms half-sine) and has an operating temperature range of -50°C to 150°C.
