Integrated peripherals include a 1/10/100 Mbps Ethernet MAC, two UARTs with IrDA support, two-port USB 2.0 Full-speed Host, SDRAM interface, SRAM/FLASH/ROM interface, and a 6-channel Serial Audio Interface (I2S). It also offers 12 DMA channels, a watchdog timer, and general-purpose timers.

 

This device is housed in a 208-pin LQFP package and is designed for surface mount applications. It operates within a temperature range of 0°C to 70°C (TA) and utilizes dual voltage supplies of 1.8V and 3.3V.
