The Mini-Circuits EP4RKU+ is a high-performance MMIC 4-way 0° power splitter/combiner. It operates across a wide frequency range from DC to 18 GHz, making it suitable for applications such as WiMAX, ISM, instrumentation, radar, WLAN, satellite communications, and LTE.
This model features excellent isolation of 11 dB typical and good amplitude unbalance of 0.2 dB typical at 4-18 GHz. The insertion loss is 3.4 dB typical at 4-18 GHz. It is manufactured using GaAs IPD technology, ensuring repeatable performance and a high level of ESD protection.
The EP4RKU+ comes in a compact 5 x 5mm QFN package, ideal for space-constrained designs. Its small footprint saves board space while providing low inductance, repeatable transitions, and excellent thermal contact to the PCB. The device is aqueous washable.
