Manufactured using GaAs IPD technology, the EP2W1+ ensures a high level of ESD protection and excellent repeatability.

 

The EP2W1+ is housed in a tiny 5x5mm QFN package, saving valuable board space in dense layouts. Its surface-mount design facilitates easy integration into various systems. The component is also aqueous washable and DC passing up to 0.4A, offering flexibility in certain applications where RF and DC signals need to coexist.
