The C&K Components EP21SD1ABE is a sealed tiny pushbutton switch from the EP Series, suitable for telecommunications and networking equipment, computers, peripherals, and instrumentation.
This switch features a DPST-NO (Double Pole Single Throw Normally Open) circuit with a contact rating of 0.4 VA maximum at 20 V AC or DC. It offers an electrical life of 60,000 make-and-break cycles at full load and has a contact resistance below 20mΩ typical initial. Insulation resistance is a minimum of 10⁹ Ω, and dielectric strength is 1000 Vrms minimum.
The operating temperature range is -30°C to 85°C. The switch is sealed against solder and cleaning processes, providing protection against harmful dust deposit and temporary immersion with an IP57 ingress protection rating. The case and bushing are made from high-temperature, flame-retardant material, and the plunger includes an internal o-ring seal.
