It delivers up to 12A continuous output current with a typical efficiency of 96%.

 

This module accepts an input voltage from 2.5V to 6.6V and provides an adjustable output voltage from 0.6V to 5.4V. It features remote on/off, over-current protection (OCP), over-temperature protection (OTP), short-circuit protection (SCP), and under-voltage lockout (UVLO). The control interface includes an active-high enable pin.

 

Designed for commercial ITE applications, the EN63A0QI is suitable for point-of-load regulation in low-power ASICs, multi-core processors, DSPs, FPGAs, and distributed power architectures. It is RoHS3 compliant with MSL Level 3 and is supplied in tape and reel packaging.
