The Intel EN63A0QI is a Power System on a Chip (PowerSoC) step-down DC-DC converter that integrates the inductor, MOSFET switches, and compensation in a compact 76-PowerBFQFN package measuring 11.0mm x 10.0mm x 3.0mm. It delivers up to 12A continuous output current with a typical efficiency of 96%.
