The EN6360QI from ALTEAR is a Power System on a Chip (PowerSoC) DC-DC converter designed for high-performance, low-power applications. It features a high efficiency of up to 96% and an operating frequency of 1.2 MHz, which can be programmed externally between 0.9 MHz and 1.5 MHz. This device is capable of delivering up to 8A of continuous operating current with an output voltage accuracy of 2% over line, load, and temperature.
Designed for ease of use, the EN6360QI integrates advanced circuit techniques and proprietary inductor technology to deliver high-quality, compact, non-isolated DC-DC conversion with reduced noise. It supports features such as precision enable threshold, pre-bias monotonic start-up, and parallel operation for master/slave configurations.
