The Intel Enpirion EN6347QA is a PowerSoC (Power System on a Chip) non-isolated point-of-load DC-DC converter that integrates MOSFET switches, control circuitry, compensation, and the inductor into a compact 38-pin QFN package measuring 7mm x 4mm x 1.85mm. It is AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications and CISPR 25/ISO11452-5 compliant. The device delivers up to 4A continuous output current over an input voltage range of 2.5V to 6.6V. The output voltage is programmable from 0.6V to 6.24V, with a typical efficiency of 95%. Protection features include over-current (OCP), over-temperature (OTP), short-circuit (SCP), and under-voltage lockout (UVLO). The EN6347QA supports frequency synchronization to an external clock and offers programmable light load mode and soft-start. It is designed for precise voltage regulation and fast transient response for processors, DSPs, FPGAs, and memory boards in distributed power architectures.
