Operating from a 2.375V to 6.6V input supply, the EN5394QI achieves up to 93% typical efficiency with a 4MHz switching frequency. It includes protection features such as Overcurrent Protection (OCP), Overtemperature Protection (OTP), Short-Circuit Protection (SCP), and Under-Voltage Lockout (UVLO). Control features include remote on/off and enable with active high logic.
