It integrates a synchronous buck converter with an inductor, MOSFETs, and controller into a compact 58-PowerQFN package (12x10mm). With a wide input voltage range of 2.375V to 5.5V, it can provide a regulated output voltage from 0.75V to 3.3V at up to 6A continuous current (20W). The device operates at a 5MHz switching frequency, enabling the use of small external ceramic capacitors and reducing board space.

 

Key features include remote on/off, overcurrent protection (OCP), overtemperature protection (OTP), overvoltage protection (OVP), short-circuit protection (SCP), and under-voltage lockout (UVLO). The enable control is active high. The module is designed for commercial ITE applications and is RoHS3 compliant with an MSL of level 3.

 

The integrated inductor simplifies PCB layout and reduces EMI, making it suitable for low-noise designs. The device is surface mounted and operates over a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
