The Intel EN5365QI is a Power System on a Chip (PowerSoC) non-isolated point-of-load DC-DC converter module from the Enpirion family. It integrates the inductor, MOSFETs, and controller into a compact 58-PowerQFN surface-mount package measuring 12x10x1.9mm.

 

This module delivers up to 6A continuous output current and 20W output power with a typical efficiency of 93%. The input voltage range is 2.375V to 5.5V, and the output voltage is selectable from 0.75V to 3.3V using a 3-pin VID interface. It operates at a 5MHz switching frequency, enabling the use of only three small ceramic capacitors as external components.

 

Protection features include overcurrent protection (OCP), overtemperature protection (OTP), overvoltage protection (OVP), short-circuit protection (SCP), and undervoltage lockout (UVLO). The module offers remote on/off control via an active-high enable pin and supports programmable soft-start.

 

The device is designed for commercial ITE applications and is housed in a 58-QFN (12x10) package. It is RoHS3 compliant and compatible with lead-free manufacturing processes. The MSL rating is Level 3 (260°C reflow). This product is not recommended for new designs (NRND).
