The EN5364QI is a Power Supply on a Chip (PowerSoC) non-isolated point-of-load (PoL) DC-DC converter manufactured by Intel. It integrates the inductor, PWM controller, MOSFETs, and compensation into a single 68-pin QFN module measuring 11.0mm x 8.0mm x 1.9mm (height 1.85mm per datasheet). This device supports a wide input voltage range from 2.375V to 6.6V and provides a regulated output voltage adjustable from 0.6V to 6.12V with a maximum output current of 6A. The converter operates at a high switching frequency of 4MHz, enabling the use of small external components and achieving efficiency up to 93%.
