This non-isolated point-of-load (PoL) module operates from an input voltage range of 2.4V to 5.5V and delivers a continuously adjustable output voltage from 0.6V to 4.9V at up to 2A of output current, with a typical efficiency of 95%.

 

The device includes comprehensive protection features such as overcurrent protection (OCP), overtemperature protection (OTP), short-circuit protection (SCP), and under-voltage lockout (UVLO). Control is provided via an enable input with active-high logic, and a remote on/off function is supported. The EN5329QI is designed for commercial ITE applications and is rated for an operating temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
