The Intel Enpirion EN5329QI is a Power System on a Chip (PowerSoC) step-down DC-DC switching converter that integrates an inductor, MOSFETs, a PWM voltage-mode controller, and internal compensation into a compact 24-PowerTQFN module measuring 6.0mm x 4.0mm x 1.1mm. This non-isolated point-of-load (PoL) module operates from an input voltage range of 2.4V to 5.5V and delivers a continuously adjustable output voltage from 0.6V to 4.9V at up to 2A of output current, with a typical efficiency of 95%.
