The EN5312QI is a complete power conversion solution requiring only two low cost MLCC capacitors. It integrates inductor, MOSFETs, PWM, and compensation into a 5mm x 4mm x 1.1mm QFN package.
With 4MHz switching frequency and internal type III compensation, it provides superior transient response. The 3-pin VID output voltage selector offers seven pre-programmed voltages plus an external resistor divider option. Features include remote on/off, OCP, OTP, SCP, and UVLO.
Operating temperature range is -40°C to 85°C. The device is RoHS3 compliant. Note: The datasheet indicates this part is Not Recommended for New Design (NRND).
