The Intel EN23F0QI is a non-isolated Point-of-Load (PoL) DC-DC converter module from the Enpirion PowerSoC family. It integrates MOSFET switches, control circuits, compensation, and an inductor in a compact 92-PowerBFQFN package measuring 13x12x3mm. This module is designed for space-constrained applications requiring high current and precise voltage regulation.
The EN23F0QI operates from an input voltage range of 4.5V to 14V and delivers an adjustable output from 0.75V to 3.3V with a maximum output current of 15A. It features 1% initial output voltage accuracy and supports frequency synchronization to an external clock. Protection features include over-temperature protection (OTP), short-circuit protection (SCP), and under-voltage lockout (UVLO). Additional features include an enable pin, power OK signal, and programmable soft-start.
The module supports master/slave configuration for parallel operation allowing up to four devices for 48A capability. It is surface mountable and rated for operating temperatures from -40°C to 85°C.
