The EN2340QI is designed for space-constrained applications and distributed power architectures. It is surface mountable in a 68-BFQFN exposed pad package (68-QFN 11x8mm) and operates over a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C. The module is RoHS compliant and halogen free.
