The EMIF04-1502M8 is a 4-line, highly integrated low pass EMI filter designed to suppress EMI/RFI noise in systems exposed to electromagnetic interference. It uses an RC (Pi) topology with a 2nd order filter configuration, providing 170 Ω series resistance and a typical line capacitance of 14 pF at 2.5 V.
This device includes ESD protection circuitry that prevents damage from electrostatic discharges up to 15 kV air discharge and 8 kV contact discharge on input pins, complying with IEC 61000-4-2 level 4. Output pins are rated for 4 kV contact discharge. The filter also meets MIL STD 883G Method 3015-7 Class 3A for all pins.
