The Samtec EHT-120-01-S-D-SM is a 40-position, 2mm pitch, surface mount header designed for board-to-cable/wire applications. It has 2 rows of male pins with a square contact shape and a contact length of 3.05mm. The contacts are made of phosphor bronze with a tin finish of 0.76µm thickness.
The insulator is black liquid crystal polymer (LCP) with a UL94 V-0 flammability rating and an insulation height of 9.40mm. The header is fully shrouded with 4 walls and features a latch lock/eject hooks fastening system along with a keying slot for proper alignment.
