The EHR-6 is a 6-position, single-row receptacle housing from JST's EH series. It has a 2.50mm (0.098 inch) pitch and uses crimp-type contacts (female sockets, sold separately). The housing is natural-colored and made for free hanging (in-line) mounting, making it suitable for wire-to-board or wire-to-wire connections.
Electrical ratings include 4A AC/DC current and 16V AC/DC voltage. Contact resistance is 10 mΩ maximum initial, and insulation resistance is 1000 MΩ minimum. The housing withstands 1000 VAC for 1 minute. Operating temperature range is -25°C to 85°C.
The design accepts wire sizes 24 AWG to 30 AWG with insulation diameters from 0.9mm to 1.6mm. The low-profile, space-saving design is ideal for high-density electronic assemblies. The housing is RoHS3 compliant and REACH unaffected.
