The Samtec EHF-120-01-L-D is a .050" (1.27mm) pitch double row shrouded header designed for board-to-cable/wire applications. It features 40 positions arranged in 2 rows with a row spacing of 1.27mm. The connector is through-hole mounted and terminated via solder. The housing is a 4-wall shrouded design with latch lock/eject hooks for secure mating and easy unmating. A keying slot ensures correct orientation during assembly.
The header is rated for 1.75A per contact and operates over a temperature range of -55°C to 125°C. Contacts are made of phosphor bronze with a tin finish (10.0µin thickness). The insulation is black liquid crystal polymer (LCP) glass filled, providing good mechanical and thermal performance. The overall contact length is 8.89mm, with a mating contact length of 3.05mm.
