The Samtec EHF-110-01-S-D-SM-LC is a 20 position, 2 row, 1.27mm (0.050") pitch surface mount shrouded header from the EHF series. It features a 4-wall shrouded design with latch lock/eject hooks for secure mating with FFSD ribbon cable and FFTP twisted pair ribbon cable assemblies. The connector includes board lock and keying slot features for reliable board retention and polarization.
The header has a current rating of 1.75A per contact and operates over a temperature range of -55°C to 125°C. Contacts are made of phosphor bronze with a tin finish (30.0µin/0.76µm thickness). The insulation is black liquid crystal polymer (LCP), glass filled, with an insulation height of 8.25mm (0.325") and a contact length of 3.05mm (0.120").
