This surface mount header includes a locking clip (LC option) and keying slot for secure mating. The contact finish is 10 µ" gold on the mating post with matte tin on the tail, over a phosphor bronze base. The black liquid crystal polymer (LCP) insulator is glass filled for high temperature performance.

 

Rated at 1.75A per contact, the connector operates across -55°C to +125°C. The shrouded 4-wall design with latch lock/eject hooks provides robust cable retention. Board locks are included for additional mechanical stability on the PCB.

 

Supplied in tube packaging (20 pieces per tube), this connector is lead-free solderable, RoHS3 compliant, and has a moisture sensitivity level of 1 (unlimited). It mates with Samtec FFSD and FFTP ribbon cable assemblies.
