The Samtec EHF-110-01-L-D-SM is a .050" (1.27mm) pitch double-row shrouded header from the EHF series, designed for board-to-cable/wire applications. It features 20 positions (10 per row) with all positions loaded, and a 4-wall shrouded housing with latch lock/eject hooks for secure mating. The insulator is black liquid crystal polymer (LCP) glass filled, and the contacts are phosphor bronze with a tin finish (10.0µin / 0.25µm).
This surface-mount version (SM) includes a polyimide film pick-and-place pad (K option) for automated assembly. The header mates with Samtec FFSD ribbon cable and FFTP twisted pair ribbon cable assemblies. It is rated for 1.75A per contact and operates over a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C.
