EGP30G is a 3.0 A glass passivated high efficiency rectifier diode from onsemi, rated for a peak repetitive reverse voltage of 400 V. It features an average rectified current of 3 A and a forward voltage of 1.25 V at 3 A, with a maximum reverse recovery time of 50 ns.
The device is designed for applications requiring fast switching and high efficiency. Its glass passivated cavity-free junction ensures low leakage current and high surge current capability, with a peak forward surge current rating of 125 A. The diode operates over a junction temperature range of -65 °C to 150 °C.
