The EGP30F is a 3.0 Ampere glass passivated high efficiency rectifier from On Semiconductor, designed for applications requiring fast switching and low forward voltage drop. It features a peak repetitive reverse voltage of 300V, an average rectified current of 3A, and a maximum forward voltage of 1.25V at 3A.
With a reverse recovery time of only 50ns (typical at test conditions), this diode is suitable for high-frequency rectification in power supplies and converters. It can handle peak forward surge currents up to 125A (8.3ms single half-sine-wave) and operates over a junction temperature range of -65°C to 150°C.
The device is housed in a DO-201AD axial lead package and is available in tape and reel packaging (standard quantity 1250). It is Pb-free, halide free, and RoHS compliant.
