The EGP30B is a 3.0A, 100V fast recovery rectifier diode from onsemi, part of the EGP30 series. It features a glass passivated cavity-free junction for high reliability.
Electrical characteristics include an average rectified current of 3.0A, peak repetitive reverse voltage of 100V, maximum forward voltage of 0.95V at 3A, reverse recovery time of 50ns, and peak forward surge current of 125A. Low leakage current is 5µA at 25°C.
The device is housed in a DO-201AD axial lead package for through-hole mounting. Operating temperature range is -65°C to 150°C. Thermal resistance is 20°C/W junction-to-ambient and 8.5°C/W junction-to-lead. Total device dissipation is 6.25W.
