The EGP20C is a glass-passivated fast recovery rectifier diode designed for high efficiency. It has a peak repetitive reverse voltage of 150V and an average rectified current rating of 2.0A. The device can handle a peak forward surge current of 75A. With a maximum reverse recovery time of 50ns, it is suitable for high-frequency switching applications. The forward voltage is 0.95V at 2A.
This diode is housed in a DO-204AC (DO-15) axial lead package for through-hole mounting. The junction capacitance is typically 70pF at 4V and 1MHz. The operating temperature range is -65°C to 150°C. Thermal resistance is 40°C/W junction-to-ambient and 15°C/W junction-to-lead.
The device is RoHS3 compliant and REACH unaffected. It is an ideal choice for power supply rectification, freewheeling diodes, and other general purpose applications.
