The EGL34G-E3/98 is a surface-mount ultrafast rectifier diode from Vishay General Semiconductor, part of the EGL34 series. It is designed for high-frequency rectification and freewheeling applications in switching mode converters and inverters for consumer, computer, automotive, and telecommunication equipment.
