The EGF1B is a standard general-purpose rectifier diode designed for surface mount applications. It features a maximum reverse voltage rating of 100V and a forward current capability of 1A. With a fast reverse recovery time of 50ns and a forward voltage of 1V at 1A, it is suitable for high-frequency rectification and freewheeling diode circuits.
This device operates over a wide junction temperature range of -65°C to +175°C and is housed in the compact DO-214AC (SMA) package, which is well suited for automated assembly. The diode has a junction capacitance of 15pF at 4V and 1MHz.
